Easy and Tasty Steak Recipe

I wanted to create a recipe that would have "heat" but was great tasting and could be adjusted for anyone looking for a healthy meal. This recipe will yield five servings.  



Ingredients


5-6 peppers (I like to use red, yellow and orange peppers)
3-4 hot banana peppers (depending on how hot you want it ;) )
2 bags of of Minute Grain Medley Brown and Wild Rice with Quinoa
1 1/2 lbs of top round steak
Weber Grill Creations Kick'n Chicken Seasoning (to taste - I love this spice)
Broccoli



1.  First start the Minute Grain Medley Rice (follow the instructions on package)

2.  Julienne the top round streak and season with Kick'n Chicken Seasoning


3.   Cook the top round steak in batches


4.  Julienne the peppers and cook in batches




Once all the ingredients are cooked, measure in the 21 Day Fix containers as followed:
