Team Beachbody vs Weekly Meetings (My Opinion)
During my journey to weight loss, I literally tried
everything. I joined WW four times. Twice I went to the weekly meeting weigh-ins
and twice the on-line version. In
defense of WW, I did lose weight but never learned to keep it off long
term. I now know the reason.

organic is the best. Nut butters need no
refrigeration and will not spoil. Store
opened nut butters in a cool, dry place and use within three months. You can also refrigerate. Types of nut
butters: almond, walnut, sunflower and
cashew. Though good for you one must
eat in moderation. Nut butters can be
good for your bones, heart and overall health.
